During my recent stay at Beato Hub Residences, I had a spacious apartment with all the comfortable appliances I needed, including a dishwasher, air conditioner, hairdryer, and a good TV. The host, Francisco, was extremely friendly and responsive, providing clear and easy instructions. When we had an issue with the electric lock, Francisco quickly fixed it for us. I had a pleasant experience at Beato Hub Residences.
The smart TV couldn't connect to streaming services, which couldn't be resolved during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom sink was a bit small and uncomfortable to use.

The Beato district is the perfect place to experience the authentic side of Lisbon. The property has free WiFi, which is great for sharing all my fabulous Instagram photos. Plus, it's conveniently located near Gare do Oriente and Lisbon Oceanarium.
So nice of them to ask for a massive deposit and take forever to refund it. Such a thrill to try and check in with the non-existent reception and deal with broken furniture, a non-working TV, and a smelly apartment.

I had a great stay at Beato Hub Residences. The host was very friendly and showed me everything I needed in the apartment. The apartment itself was clean, with all appliances in working condition. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a bottle of water, tea, and coffee provided in the kitchen. Despite the chilly temperatures outside, the apartment was warm and cozy. I also liked the convenience of using codes instead of keys for entry. The quiet street and good bus connections made it easy for me to get to both the Websummit and the city center. I highly recommend this place.
There were a few minor drawbacks. The bathroom lacked a shelf or surface to put my toiletries, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great communication with the hosts and they were accommodating when we were running late. The location was convenient for getting to the city via Uber or Bolt, and the fares were affordable. The house had all the necessary amenities and was spacious enough for our family. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
There were some cleanliness issues during our stay. We noticed a lot of cigarette butts outside and encountered bugs, particularly ants, inside the house.
